Q: What are the major functions of VP-EYE?

A: VP-EYE provides many functions for photo and video application, such as

    electronic album, electronic greeting cards, photo special effects, security and

    surveillance, video e-mail and the avi/mpeg conversion programs.
 

Q: Can VP-EYE run on Windows XP system?

A: VP-EYE runs well on Windows XP system, but you must install the correct devices

    driver for Windows XP to make the work smooth.

Q: How do I remove the VP-EYE software?

A: Please click on the Start button on the low left corner and get into Program

    Group->VP-EYE->Uninstall VP-EYE to remove the software.

    Note: Some OEM customers may use different product name other than VP-EYE

Q: Why I can not start PhotoEZ?

A: It may be caused by the damaged album file. Please go to C:\VP

     EYE\PhotoEZ3\Album and delete the damaged album file.

Q: What is the purpose of the film files in PhotoEZ?

A: PhotoEZ tries to keep the original photos in your digital camera. They just like the

    film of traditional camera. If you want to have the intact photos, you can always

    find them in the film files. The film files are designed to be read-only and not to

    be changed at all circumstances.

Q: How to enter text in Photo Greeting Cards?

A: Please double click on the greeting cards and enter the text in the pop-up dialog

    box.

Q: Why I can not open the greeting card file made by Photo Greeting Cards?

A: Photo Greeting Cards saves the cards into an executable file format and it is not

    a format for re-opening. The “open” functions is just for opening a photo to be

    inserted into a cards.

Q: Can I move around the photo placed in the cards?

A: No. Photo Greeting Cards decides the location for the photo to match the artwork

    design of the cards.

Q: How to send a recorded video by e-mail in Video E-Mail?

A: Please click on the 'Setting' button and enter the 'E-Mail settings' dialog box, fill in

    the correct information for SMTP server and the user account. Click on the 'email'

    button in the main panel and enter the destination, subject and content, then

    click on “Send” button to start sending the video e-mail.

Q: How many languages supported by VP-EYE?

A: VP-EYE supports 11 languages (English, Germany, French, Italian, Spanish,

    Portuguese, Polish, Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, Japanese and Korean.
