Q: My computer runs on Windows/NT and the device driver works too,
but the
software
can not run. It there a solution?
A: VP-EYE does not support the Windows/NT system. VP-EYE supports
Windows
98/98SE/ME/2000/XP.

Q: I follow the users guide and install the software and device
driver onto my
computer. There is no video coming up when the camera is plugged
into
computer.
What may go wrong?
A: Please check the entries in device manager and make sure the
camera device
shows
up. And then run the Amcap program to test the function of your
camera.

Q: I use DC-35 digital camera and upgrade the software to VP-EYE
3.0C. It
prompts to locate the file of JAPI2.DLL.
A: This file should locate at C:\WINDOWS. You may specify the path
if it is needed. |

Q: When I use VP-EYE, the program asks for TWAIN driver to capture
photos.
How do I get the driver?
A: Please check it with the camera manufacturer and get the TWAIN
driver from
them if it is available.

Q: When installing the camera driver, it asks for VFWWDM32.DLL or
VFWWDM.DRV.
What can I do?
A: It means the Windows system is missing some files for Video for
Windows
components.
Please find the files in the Windows CD and copy them to the
proper
location.

Q: After I upgrade the system to Windows XP from Windows 98, the
camera
does
not work properly.
A: Please make sure the camera driver supports the Window XP
system. Some old
model
of camera does not have Windows XP driver. Otherwise, re-install
the
camera
driver and try it again.

Q: I install the camera driver and plug in the camera immediately.
Why there
is
no video?
A: User must re-start the computer to put the camera driver in
